New Users You will need to be able to verify some information about yourself and have a:

Valid personal email address and
Social Security number

Only TRSL members and retirees, or individuals legally authorized to act on their behalf, are permitted to establish online access to member and retiree personal accounts.

All other persons, including TRSL benefit recipients, such as beneficiaries, survivors, or ex-spouses receiving benefits, do not have authorization to establish online access in the name of a TRSL member or retiree.

TRSL benefit recipients can seek authorization to establish online access to their own personal TRSL accounts.

Optional Retirement Plan(ORP) members cannot use this application to access their plan information.

The system is unavailable from midnight until 3:00 a.m. CST Monday through Friday, and midnight until 3:00 a.m. CST the last Saturday of the month. It is available at all other times unless unscheduled maintenance is required.

As a TRSL member, you can access your personal retirement account information and handle certain self-service functions as outlined below:

Active members	Get a benefit estimate Apply for retirement Update your address Change your name View your account information, including member statement
Retirees	View benefit history View and print 1099-R tax documents Change federal income tax withholding
ORP members	Please contact your ORP carrier to access your retirement information.
Ex-members	Member Access is not available to individuals who have been out of active service for more than 5 years and have less than 5 years of service credit. If you are interested in a refund of your member contributions, please visit this page.
